What is it about the Disney Channel that makes so many people want to be cast in their productions?

It seems as though every teen on here wants to be on Disney. Why? I don’t get it!
I think the idea that kids see these kids on tv and want to be like them makes the most sense. I’m in the industry and it is true that connections are extremely important! People want to work with who they know and like, or in the case of kids, with the parents who they know and like, and can ensure they will deliver. Thanks for your answers.
