Classic Game Room HD reviews TEKKEN 3 for PS1 from Namco, released in 1998 for the Playstation 1. Tekken 3 has some improvements and new characters over Tekken 2 and refines the game slightly, but does it perfect perfection? Pretty much as far as CGR is concerned. This 3rd installment in the Tekken series is regarded as one of the best Playstation 1 fighting games on PSone (PSX) with 3D styled characters beating the crap out of each other. Complex button combos make for a challenging game as Tekken 3 contains numerous gameplay modes including the arcade mode, survival and Tekken Force mode which is like Streets of Rage with Tekken characters. This CGR review of Tekken 3 has gameplay from the PS1 classic, Tekken 3, showing game play during the PS1 fighting game in action.

Classic Game Room reviews the packaging for TRON EVOLUTION for Xbox 360 from 2010 vs. TRON DEADLY DISCS for Intellivision from 1982. From Disney (and Mattel Electronics) comes two very different Tron games, one based on Tron Evolution and the other based on the first, groundbreaking Tron film from 1982. But which box and packaging looks better on your shelf? The cool, subdued image from the new game or loud, bold Tron from the old school Intellivision game cartridge?

Classic Game Room reviews TRON EVOLUTION for Xbox 360 (also available for Playstation 3 PS3 and PC), the videogame tie-in with Tron Legacy the 2010 movie. Based in the Tron universe seen in Tron Legacy, Tron Evolution the video game has players battling enemies, riding light cycles and performing acrobatic tricks throughout the grid. Tron Evolution is from Disney Interactive Studios and Propeganda Games and has excellent production values, graphics and sound design yet suffers from mediocre gameplay and some sloppy controls. Multiplayer may be better than the single player campaign as it successfully combines all of the cool Tron style gameplay elements like Frisbee death combat and light cycles. This CGR review iof Tron Evolution has Tron Evolution videogame game play on Xbox 360 showing Tron Evolution campaign game play and multiplayer.

Classic Game Room & CGR Undertow review ROCK BAND 3 from Harmonix, MTV Games and EA for Playstation 3 PS3, also available for Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii. CGR reviews Rock Band 3 for PS3 with Rock Band 2 instruments (that work freshy fresh). The big, new thing with Rock Band 3 is the ability to play with the new Rock Band 3 instruments in the Pro mode (Professional Mode) which play more like real instruments giving a much more challenging experience. Real musicians rejoice, pro mode is here! For the rest of us who enjoy pushing plastic buttons Rock Band 3 remains very similar to Rock Band 2 and works with the awesome Rock Band music store (as well as many tracks from previous games). New challenges and a new career mode await you as well as trophies and achievement points. Songs included with Rock Band 3 range from 80’s pop hits by the Cure, Big Country, INXS and Huey Lewis and the News as well as metal tracks from Anthrax and Dio. This CGR review of Rock Band 3 has gameplay from Rock Band 3 on PS3 showing game play during Rock Band 3 played solo and with bass guitar, drums, guitar and singing.
